- Entry is open to everyone.

- The entrant must be aged 21 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required upon entry to some events.

- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

‍

- Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

‍

- The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material

- Drumcode will notify the winner via DM on Instagram only, and advise on next steps for collection of the prize.

- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Drumcode reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

- The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

- There are some events during the calendar where guest list will not be possible. This will be communicated in advance by the Drumcode team to the competition winner.

- Accommodation or any travel costs are not included. Where there is camping provided at the festival tickets should be valid. Drumcode will not and can not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses that the winner has incurred for travel / accommodation arrangements.

- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.

- Drumcode reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

- Drumcode reserves the right to revoke the prize if the competition winner or guest invited to an event displays any signs of inappropriate and/or antisocial behaviour.
